The recipes are traditional and some have stood the test of time for thousands of years.
Long before the link between food and health became fashionable in the West. Asian cultures were developing complex philosophies surrounding health and well being. Certain foods were "cooling" or
Yin, others "warming" or Yang and some were neutral. It is considered ideal to eat a wide range of foods, balancing the Yin and the Yang to obtain optimum health.
With optimum health in mind our recipes are prepared with only the freshest of ingredients. We also make use of the fresh local products whenever possible. Also adhering to Asian cultural tradition,
